Hello, I'm Nicholas Blewett

My journey into Chinese medicine and acupuncture began over two decades ago, fuelled by a passion for Tai Chi, Chinese boxing, and qigong healing arts. Through my extensive training in internal martial arts and qigong, I have gained a deep understanding of how integrating the mind and body can greatly enhance overall well-being and vitality.

Having dedicated 27 years to the study of internal martial arts, I wholeheartedly advocate for the benefits of tai chi, qigong, meditation, and Chinese exercise therapy. My mission is to guide individuals in reconnecting with their bodies through mindful movement and breathing techniques. By incorporating these training methods into their lives, individuals can unlock tension from their bodies and establish a personalized practice that empowers their own personal development.

I believe that tai chi, qigong, and mindfulness movement training provide a powerful system for personal transformation. Through a diverse range of training tools, individuals can build their energy, release stress, and stabilize their moods, particularly during challenging life situations or in the recovery from stress.
